About Me!

Welcome to my website!! I am so excited that you are exploring my page, and I would love to help you in anyway I can. To find my contact information please click on the "Contact Me" tab! Now here is a little background information, all about me!

My name is Gabrielle Sparnecht and I am a licensed K-6 educator currently working on my masters in dyslexia therapy education! I am from Philadelphia, Mississippi. I attended elementary through high school at Philadelphia Public School District. After finishing my high school career, I received a scholarship to attend a local community college, East Central Community College, where I began my elementary education pre requisites. While attending East Central Community College, I worked as an assistant teacher at First Baptist Daycare in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Thanks to First Baptist Daycare, I found my true calling and knew from the moment I began working with the children that I wanted to be a teacher. I graduated from East Central Community College after a year of being there and transferred to Mississippi State University. I was immediately accepted into the education program at MSU and began in August of 2018. While attending Mississippi State University, I had the privilege of being in multiple grade levels and classrooms across the county of Oktibbeha. I also had the privilege to complete my student internship at East Webster Elementary School where I taught third grade mathematics. I spent three short months with my third graders, when a pandemic swept in and cancelled every possible plan I could have made. Through the pandemic I was taught to appreciate every aspect of life, no matter what. Although my plans did not work out exactly like I wanted them to, I know God is, was, and forever will have my plans in his hands. Back to the story.. I graduated April 2020 with my B.S. in Elementary Education! I am now pursuing my masters degree in dyslexia therapy at The University of Southern Mississippi. I am excited about continuing my education and look forward to the opportunities that are ahead of me!
